国外数字化健身研究的理论视角、问题取向与实践启示

Theoretical Perspectives,Problem Orientations and PracticalImplications of Overseas Digital Fitness Research

近年来,数字化健身是“互联网+健身”背景下学界兴起的热点议题。通过对国外数字化健身研究的系统梳理与回顾,总结出数字化健身的概念内涵与本领域研究所采用的代表性理论视角,并就其问题取向及研究动向进行了归纳与分析。研究发现:相较于国内数字化健身研究对其宏观层面意义的关注,国外学界围绕知识社会学、技术现象学、传播心理学等理论视角已将数字化健身推进到了微观的生活层面,并展开了对数字化健身权力关系、感知经验、心理与行为效用的全方位审视。建议未来我国数字化健身研究在加强对相关理论体系及前沿动态引介的同时,加大对微观层面、生活层面数字健身实践的研究力度,加速在理论视域、分析框架、研究工具和内容议题方面的优化与突破,从而实现我国数字化健身研究的本土化学术探究和创新性理论构建。

Digital fitness is a hot topic that has emerged in recent years in the context of“Internet combined with Fitness”.Through a systematic review of digital fitness research,this study summarises the concepts,connotations and representative theoretical perspectives adopted by research in this field,and analyses their problem orientations and research trends.It found that in contrast to domestic research on digital fitness,which has focused on its macro-level significance,foreign scholars have advanced digital fitness to the micro-level of life through theoretical perspectives such as the sociology of knowledge,the phenomenology of technology,and the psychology of communication,and have launched a comprehensive examination of digital fitness power relations,perceived experiences,and psychological and behavioural utility.It is suggested that in the future,while strengthening the introduction of relevant theoretical systems and cutting-edge developments,China’s digital fitness research should intensify its research on digital fitness practices at the micro and life levels,and accelerate the optimisation and breakthroughs in theoretical perspectives,analytical frameworks,research tools and content issues,so as to achieve localised academic inquiry and innovative theoretical construction of China’s digital fitness research.
