我国大学生体质健康资本保障路径研究——高校体育生活化视角

Study on College and University Students Physical Health Capital Guarantee Path——the Perspective of College and University Sports Lifelization

健康资本是与知识、技能资本同等重要的人力资本,高校体育生活化是有效地形成和提升大学生体质健康资本的重要路径。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和观察法,对大学生的健康资本形成的现状与挑战进行探究。结果显示,当前面向全体大学生的高校体育生活化尚存在诸多矛盾,如大学生自身健康资本价值认知较为淡薄,校园体育竞赛活动存在精英化倾向,体育场馆设施供给相对不足,体育社团组织建设滞后难以满足学生个性化需求,校园体育锻炼氛围不够浓厚等原因阻碍着大学生健康资本形成。建议:引导大学生树立正确健康资本价值观念,多渠道营造校园面向人人的生活体育氛围,科学运行体育场馆设施以满足学生日常体育锻炼需要,构建“一站式”体育服务社区提高健康资本积累便捷性,铸牢大学生“健康第一责任人”意识,使体育真正成为大学生日常生活习惯。

Health capital is the same important human capital as knowledge and skill capital.College and university sports lifelization is an important way to effectively form and promote students’physical health capital.The author uses the method of literature,questionnaire and participant observation to explore the status quo and challenges of college and university students’health capital formation.The results show that there are still many contradictions in the current college and university sports lifestyle for all students,such as the weak awareness of college and university students’own health capital value,the tendency of campus sports competitions to be elitist,the relative shortage of per capita necessary sports venues and facilities,and the lagging construction of sports associations to meet the individual needs of students.The campus physical exercise atmosphere is not strong enough and other reasons hinder the healthy capital formation of college students.The author suggests that college and university students should be guided to correct the value of health capital,create a life and sports atmosphere for everyone on campus through multiple channels,scientifically run sports venues and facilities to meet the needs of students’daily physical exercise,build a“one-stop”sports service community to improve the convenience of health capital accumulation,and firmly build college students’awareness of“health first responsibility person”,make sports truly become the daily life habit of college and university students.
