摘要
由户外运动所延伸出来的户外教育是一种新型的教育形式,尽管其相关研究已开展数年,但在实践深入和理论发展方面一直存在着诸多争议。研究以体验式学习为基本出发点,构建了一套包含教育理念、教育目标、教育内容和教育途径4个方面的青少年户外教育模式。(1)青少年户外教育的理念包括生命化、生活化和生态化;(2)青少年户外教育的目标不但要注重青少年的身体运动,还要更加关注其团队协作和情感交流等;(3)青少年户外教育的内容包括健康教育、生命教育、生活教育和生态教育;(4)青少年户外教育的途径是要让青少年走出去、动起来、思起来和讲出来。
Outdoor education,which is extended by outdoor sports,is a new form of education.Although its related research has been carried out for several years,there have been many controversies in terms of practice and theory development.This study takes experiential learning as the basic starting point,and constructs a set of outdoor education model for teenagers,including education concept,education goal,education content and education approach.(1)The concept of outdoor education for young people includes life,life and ecology;(2)The goal of outdoor education for young people is not only to pay attention to their physical movement,but also to pay more attention to their teamwork and emotional communication;(3)The contents of outdoor education for teenagers include health education,life education,life education and ecological education;(4)The way of outdoor education for young people is to let them go out,move,think and speak out.
