基于一般系统论分析高质量教育体系:内涵、特性及实现

摘要 建设高质量教育体系是充分实现中国式现代化,全面建成社会主义现代化强国的重要举措。文章基于一般系统论视角,描绘高质量教育体系内涵,分析高质量教育体系的整体性、层次性、开放性、目的性等区别于非系统的基本特性,认为高质量教育体系是一个复杂的高阶系统。提出在微观层面打造全面发展的高质量人才培育系统,在中观层面营造全员参与的高质量教育活动系统,在宏观层面创造良法善治的高质量教育法治系统,是高质量教育体系的实现路径。 Building a high-quality education system is an important measure to fully realize Chinese path to moderniza⁃tion and build a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Based on the perspective of general system theory,this pa⁃per describes the connotation of high quality education system and analyzes the basic characteristics of high quality educa⁃tion system,such as integrity,hierarchy,openness and purpose,which are different from non-system,holding that high quality education system is a complex high order system.It is proposed the measures to cultivate a high-quality education⁃al system,namely,building a high-quality talent cultivation system for all-round development at the micro level,creating a high-quality education activity system for full participation at the middle level,and creating a high-quality education rule of law system with good law and good governance at the macro level.
