城市更新土地调查自动化处理研究

Research on automatic processing of land survey for urban renewal

土地调查是城市更新实现有限空间合理规划与精准配置的重要基础,其成果随政策、调查范围的调整而频繁变动,存在重复工作量大、牵涉范围广、繁琐易出错等问题。为此,本文进行土地调查自动化处理研究,通过土地数据范围提取、自适应范围生成、裁剪、融合、信息整理、分类统计分析等,实现成果自动分析统计与制图输出。实际案例运行结果表明,成果符合政策规范要求,具有推广价值。

Land survey is an important basis for urban renewal to realize reasonable planning and accurate allocation of limited space.Its results change frequently with the adjustment of policies and survey scope,which causes many problems such as large repeated workload,a wide range,cumbersome things,prone error and so on.Therefore,this paper studies the automatic processing of land survey,and realizes the automatic analysis,statistics and cartographic output of results through land data range extraction,adaptive range generation,cutting,fusion,information sorting,classification,statistical analysis,etc.The actual case studies show that the results meet the requirements of policies,and the method has popularization value.
