从马克思主义唯物史观来看,人民是现代化建设的主体和动力,推进中国式现代化需要从理论认知和实践发展上深化其人民性这一本质属性。在其价值意涵上,“人民至上”是社会主义现代化人本价值的深层体现,是中国式现代化建设探索发展的成功密码,也是人的现代化在本质上延展的生动诠释。在其内生逻辑上,要从物质现代化的跃迁把握“人民至上”的逻辑必然,从精神现代化的演进认识“人民至上”的旨趣应然,从制度现代化的变革审视“人民至上”的实效使然。在其实践遵循上,只有在继续践行党的初心使命中深化“人民至上”的根本价值立场,在推进全体人民共同富裕中优化“人民至上”的具体行动落实,在超越西方的现代化道路中强化“人民至上”的主体自觉意识,才能把“人民至上”贯穿于全面建成社会主义现代化强国的全过程和各方面。

From the perspective of Marxist historical materialism,the people are the main body and driving force of modernization,and to promote Chinese-style modernization needs to deepen its essential attribute of people’s nature from theoretical cognition and practical development.In terms of its value meaning,“people first”is a deep reflection of the humanistic value of socialist modernization,a successful code for the exploration and development of China’s modernization construction,and a vivid interpretation of the extension of human modernization in essence.In its internal logic,we should grasp the logical necessity of“people first”from the transition of material modernization,understand the purport of“people first”from the evolution of spiritual modernization,and examine the effect of“people first”from the reform of system modernization.In terms of its practice,it is necessary to continue to practice the fundamental value position of“people first”in the Party’s original aspiration and mission,optimize the implementation of specific actions of“people first”in promoting common prosperity for all the people,and strengthen the subjective consciousness of“people first”in the modernization road beyond the West.Only then can the“people first”run through the whole process and all aspects of building a modern country in an all-round way.
