国产与进口稀土顺丁橡胶的性能对比研究

Comparative Study on Properties of Domestic and Imported NdBR

对国产与进口稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)的性能进行对比研究。结果表明,相对于两个牌号的进口NdBR,国产NdBR9104的顺式-1,4结构含量较高,相对分子质量及其分布接近,混炼胶加工性能较优,硫化胶的拉伸性能、耐磨性能和耐屈挠性能均较好。国产NdBR9104完全可以替代同类进口产品使用。

The properties of domestic and imported neodymium butadiene rubber(NdBR)were comparatively studied.The results showed that compared with two brands of imported NdBR,the domestic NdBR9104 had a higher cis-1,4 structure content,similar relative molecular weight and its distribution,better processing performance of the compound,and better tensile property,wear resistance and flexural resistance of the vulcanizate.The domestic NdBR9104 could completely replace imported similar products.
