摘要
以促进剂CBS用量作为变量,研究硫黄硫化体系对天然橡胶(NR)性能的影响。结果表明:促进剂CBS用量增大,混炼胶的F_(max)和F_(max)-F_(L)增大,t_(10)和t_(90)缩短,硫化胶的压缩生热降低,压缩变形减小;促进剂CBS用量为2.5份的有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的拉伸性能最好,促进剂CBS用量为3份的有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的tanδ峰值最小;在90℃以上,促进剂CBS用量为2和2.5份的半有效硫黄硫化体系硫化胶的热导率较高。
The effect of sulfur vulcanization systems on the properties of natural rubber(NR)was studied using accelerator CBS amounts as variables.The results showed that with the increases of accelerator CBS amount,the F_(max) and F_(max)-F_(L) of the compound increased,t_(10) and t_(90) decreased,the compression heat generation of the vulcanizate was reduced,and the compression deformation decreased.The tensile performance of the vulcanizate with the effective sulfur vulcanization system with accelerator CBS amount of 2.5 phr was the best,and the tanδpeak value of the vulcanizate with the effective sulfur vulcanization system with accelerator CBS amount of 3 phr was the minimum.At temperatures above 90℃,the thermal conductivities of the vulcanizate with semi-effective sulfur vulcanization systems with accelerator CBS amounts of 2 and 2.5 phr were higher.
