智能轮胎关键监测技术的研究进展

摘要 介绍轮胎力预测、轮胎磨损检测和传感器自供能等智能轮胎关键监测技术的研究进展,并展望智能轮胎监测技术的发展趋势。目前轮胎力预测方法主要有拟合多项式算法和神经网络算法两种,前者大多只是得到径向力,后者可以获得径向力、横向力和纵向力;轮胎磨损检测方法主要是神经网络算法,通过分析加速度信号并提取特征值,进行神经网络训练来得到磨损数据;传感器自供能技术当前只是存在于学术层面的研究中,没有应用于实际中。我国互联网技术、大数据和人工智能技术不断发展以及技术实力提升,为智能轮胎监测技术的进一步研究打下了基础。 The research progresses of key monitoring technologies of intelligent tires,such as tire force prediction,tire wear detection and sensor self powered energy were introduced,and the development trends of monitoring technologies of intelligent tires were prospected.At present,there are two main methods for tire force prediction:fitting polynomial algorithm and neural network algorithm,and the former mostly only obtained radial force,while the latter obtained radial force,lateral force and longitudinal force.Tire wear detection method was mainly neural network algorithm,which analyzed acceleration signals and extracted feature values for neural network training to obtain wear data.Sensor self-power energy technology currently only existed in academic research and had not been applied in practice.The continuous development of internet technology,big data and artificial intelligence technology in China,as well as the improvement of technological strength had laid the foundation for further research on intelligent tire monitoring technology.
