塔里木鸽生长发育规律及生长曲线拟合分析

摘要 为探究塔里木鸽早期生长发育规律,了解其品种特性。本研究采用亲鸽自繁自养的模式,测量0~28日龄乳鸽的体重、体尺指标进行关联性分析,利用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对0~28日龄乳鸽体重进行曲线拟合分析。结果显示,塔里木鸽累计体重持续增长,21日龄体重达到最大值,21日龄后体重小幅度降低。相对生长率随着体重增加持续降低,乳鸽7日龄绝对生长量最大,28日龄体重为负增长。不同日龄乳鸽的体重与各项体尺性状均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),3种非线性模型均能较好的模拟塔里木鸽生长曲线,但Gompertz模型的拟合度最佳(R~2=0.988),拐点日龄为7.541 d,拐点体重为139.57 g,最大日增重为20.795 g,与实际测量值最为接近。塔里木鸽早期生长速度快,生长曲线呈“S”形,符合家禽生长发育的一般规律。Gompertz模型对塔里木鸽生长发育的体重拟合效果最佳,可根据此模型制定科学饲养管理模式,最大程度发挥其生产性能,为品种开发利用提供依据。 To explore the early growth and development patterns of Tarim pigeons and understand their breed characteristics.The model of self reproduction and self rearing of parent pigeons was used to measure the body weight and various body size traits of 0~28 day old Roast squab,and the correlation analysis was carried out.Three nonlinear models,Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy,were used to curve fit the body weight of 0~28 day old Roast squab.The cumulative weight of Tarim pigeons continued to increase,reaching its maximum value at 21 days of age,with a slight decrease in weight after 21 days of age.The relative growth rate continued to decrease with the increase of body weight.The absolute growth of Roast squab at the age of 7 days was the largest,and the weight at the age of 28 days was negative.The body weight of Roast squab at different ages was significantly positively correlated with various body size traits(P<0.01).All three nonlinear models can simulate the growth curve of Tarim pigeons well,but the Gompertz model has the best fit(R2=0.988),with a turning point age of 7.541 days,a turning point weight of 139.57 g,and a maximum daily weight gain of 20.795 g,which is closest to the actual me-asured values.The early growth rate of Tarim pigeons is fast,and the growth curve is in an"S"shape,which conforms to the general rules of poultry growth and development.The Gompertz model has the best fitting effect on the weight gain during the growth and development of Tarim pigeons.Based on this model,a scientific feeding and management model can be formulated to maximize its production perform-ance and provide a basis for breed development and utilization.
