旋转叶片气体激励试验技术研究

摘要 通过旋转叶片可控激励仿真、激励载荷控制,提出一种旋转条件下叶片气体激励的试验方法。研究了旋转状态下的叶片激励载荷模拟和控制技术,建立的旋转态叶片气体激励试验方法准确模拟了叶片的实际工作条件,并获取了不同激励方式下叶片的振动响应。结果表明,激励气体激励方式对叶片激励效果影响显著,解决了滑油激励能量不足和激励出现损伤等问题,可为旋转态阻尼特性等试验提供参考和依据,具有试验成本低和工程适用性强的特点。 Through the controllable excitation simulation and excitation load control of rotating blades,a method of high cycle blade airflow excitation test under rotating conditions was proposed to study the blade excitation technology and control technology under rotating conditions.Airflow excitation test method which can accurately simulate the actual working conditions of blades was established,and the vibration response of blades under different excitation modes was obtained.The research results show that the airflow excitation mode has a significant impact on the blade excitation effect,which can not only solve the problems of insufficient excitation energy of blade lubricating oil and damage of excitation,but also provide reference and basis for experiments such as rotational damping characteristics,and has the characteristics of low test cost and strong engineering applicability.
