摘要
针对官地煤矿供电系统无功功率大、谐波污染严重,导致井下设备运行效率低下,甚至影响煤矿正常生产的问题,设计了电能质量治理装置,并完成仿真、实验以及实际应用。基于官地煤矿供电系统实际运行工况,选择采用并联电压型SVG补偿供电系统无功并进行谐波治理。该装置以TMS320F2812 DSP芯片为核心,并内嵌改进型电压外环控制算法、改进型电流内环控制算法。通过仿真,验证了该装置控制算法的正确性和有效性;实验测试验证了该装置能够实现负载电压、电流相位同步,并将总谐波畸变率降低至3.1%。实际应用结果表明,该装置能够有效补偿无功并进行谐波治理。
Aiming at the problems of high reactive power and serious harmonic pollution in the power supply system of Guandi Mine,which lead to the low operating efficiency of underground equipment and even affect the normal production,this study designed a power quality control device and conducted simulation,experiments,and practical applications.Based on the actual operating conditions of the power supply system,we chose shunt voltage SVG to compensate for the reactive power and carry out harmonic control.Taking the TMS320F2812 DSP chip as the core,the device was embedded with an improved voltage outer loop control algorithm and an improved current inner loop control algorithm.The simulation verified the correctness and effectiveness of the control algorithm.Experimental tests verified that the device could synchronize the load voltage and current phase and reduced the total harmonic distortion rate to 3.1%.Application results show that the device can effectively compensate for reactive power and realize harmonic control.
