硬密封球阀密封比压设计与分析

摘要 介绍了硬密封球阀在运行过程中影响密封比压的因素,通过密封比压理论计算公式及有限元仿真分析,分析得出密封面宽度及压力角取值范围,进一步确定密封面宽度及压力角最优参数,结合分析得出预紧载荷值,按照最优参数设计了一种规格为DN200 Class300的硬密封球阀样机,通过样机实验测试,其密封性能满足设计要求,为后续硬密封球阀密封尺寸设计提供重要参考依据。 Introduces the factors that affect the Sealing pressure ratio of the hard-sealed ball valve during operation.Through the theoretical calculation formula of the Sealing pressure ratio and the finite element simulation analysis,the sealing surface width and the range of possible values of the pressure angle are analyzed,and the sealing surface width and pressure are further determined.Based on the optimal parameters of angle and the preload value obtained from the analysis,a hard-sealed ball valve prototype with a specification(DN200 Class300)was designed according to the optimal parameters.Through the experimental test of the prototype,its sealing performance meets the design requirements,and it will be used for subsequent hard-sealed ball valves.Seal size design provides an important reference.
