从研究开发安全阀信息管理系统的目的、设计思路以及实际应用等方面,提出“安全阀信息网络化”、“校验数据流程化”、“权限分配角色化”、“管理功能模组化”四个维度的概念和方向,实现了安全阀委托、校验、维修、报告等多个环节的信息化管理,同时解决了原来现场直接获取校验信息的难题,为校验工作节约时间、减少不必要的错误几率。DMS安全阀信息管理平台可以实现各个管理环节,应用软件系统操作及压力传感器结合,实现数据库、校验系统、注册登记、财务系统以及数据传输等功能,帮助校验企业完成安全阀整生命周期的运营管理,避免多种因素造成的监管失误,为安全阀校验信息管理提出了新的管理思路和实际应用方案。

From the research and development of safety valve information management system purposes,design ideas and practical applications,the concept and direction of"safety valve information networking","verification data process","authority allocation role","management function modular"four dimensions,to achieve the safety valve commissioning,verification,maintenance,reporting and other links of information management.At the same time,it solves the problem of obtaining detection information directly on site,and reduces unnecessary time and error probability for verification work.DMS safety valve information management platform can realize various management links,application software system operation and pressure sensor combination,to achieve database,calibration system,registration,financial system and data transmission and other functions,to help calibration enterprises complete the operation and management of the whole life cycle of the safety valve,to avoid regulatory errors caused by various factors.A new management idea and practical application scheme are proposed for safety valve calibration information management.
