摘要
絮状玄武岩纤维作为一种高性能的新型矿物纤维,与沥青混合料具有很高的相容性。为研究絮状玄武岩纤维对沥青混合料路用性能的改善效果,首先分析了絮状玄武岩纤维的技术指标,其次开展絮状玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的配合比试验,最后评价了絮状玄武岩纤维沥青混合料试验路的铺筑效果。结果表明,絮状玄武岩纤维沥青混合料的体积参数满足技术要求,具有优异的高温稳定性,依托宁连一级公路养护工程,铺筑的絮状玄武岩纤维SMA-13试验路取得了较好的应用效果。
As a high-performance new type of mineral fiber,flocculent basalt fiber has high compatibil⁃ity with asphalt mixtures.To study the improvement effect of flocculent basalt fibers on the road performance of asphalt mixtures,firstly analyze the technical indicators of flocculent basalt fibers,then conduct mix proportion tests of flocculent basalt fiber asphalt mixtures,and finally evaluate the paving effect of flocculent basalt fiber asphalt mixture test roads.The results show that the volume parameters of the flocculent basalt fiber asphalt mixture meet the technical requirements and have excellent high temperature stability.Relying on the mainte⁃nance project of Nanjing Lianyungang first-class highway,the flocculent basalt fiber SMA-13 test road has achieved good application results.
