针对性术中干预对结直肠癌术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果

Preventive effect of targeted intraoperative intervention on postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after colorectal cancer surgery

目的 探讨针对性术中干预对结直肠癌术后并发下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防效果。方法 收集2021年1月至2022年12月于新疆医科大第一附属医院接受手术治疗的126例结直肠癌患者的临床资料,按照是否采取针对性术中干预措施将患者分为干预组(n=65)和对照组(n=61)。比较两组患者的手术相关信息、术后住院期间D-二聚体水平、下肢DVT形成及其他并发症发生情况。结果 干预组患者的手术时间短于对照组患者,全身麻醉的比例低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。术后住院期间,干预组患者下肢DVT的发生率、D-二聚体水平及D-二聚体﹥0.5 mg/L的比例均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组患者其他并发症的发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 针对性术中干预可以有效降低结直肠癌患者术后并发下肢DVT的风险,值得临床推广并进一步验证其效果和安全性。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of targeted intraoperative intervention on postoperative lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)after colorectal cancer surgery.Method The clinical data of 126 patients with colorectal cancer who received surgical treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were collected.According to whether to take targeted intraoperative intervention measures,65 cases patients were divided into intervention group(n=65)and control group(n=61).The surgical related information,D-dimer levels during postoperative hospitalization,lower extremity DVT formation during postoperative hospitalization,and incidence of other complications during postoperative hospitalization between two groups of patients were compared.Result The surgical time of the intervention group patients was shorter than that of the control group patients,and the proportion of general anesthesia was lower than that of the control group patients,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During postoperative hospitalization,the incidence of lower extremity DVT,D-dimer levels,and the proportion of D-dimer>0.5 mg/L in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of other complications between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Targeted intraoperative intervention can effectively reduce the risk of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and further verification of its effect and safety.
