摘要
为了实现甘肃省新型基础测绘实体编码、数据生产、整合建库、数据更新和质量控制等在技术方面的标准化,建立科学、规范和高效的甘肃省新型基础测绘技术标准体系,本文开展了对现行国家、行业、部分试点省市新型基础测绘相关技术标准成果调研,采用系统工程法对甘肃省新型基础测绘技术标准体系建设的层次和架构进行论证,运用文献研究、专家咨询和问卷调查等方法,对技术体系构成的标准框架和内容进行系统性研究,通过研究,完成了甘肃省新型基础测绘技术标准体系建设,该成果为全面推进甘肃新型基础测绘奠定了技术基础。
In order to realize the standardization of entity coding,data production,integration and database building,data updating and quality control of new-type basic surveying and mapping in Gansu province,the paper aims to establish a scientific,standardized and efficient standards system for new-type basic surveying and mapping technologies in Gansu province,and carries out investigation and research on achievements in related technical standards for new-type basic surveying and mapping at the level of state,sector,provinces and cities.The paper uses the systems engineering method to demonstrate layers and architecture of the construction of the new-type standards system for basic surveying and mapping technologies in Gansu province.Using methods such as literature research,expert consultation and questionnaire survey,a systematic study has been carried out on the framework and contents of the technical standards system.Through the study,the construction of the new-type basic standards system for surveying and mapping technologies in Gansu province has been completed,laying a technical foundation for promoting the new-type basic surveying and mapping in Gansu province.
