本文通过梳理分析团体标准发展沿革和广西原创性高质量团体标准服务产业创新发展现状,挖掘制约广西原创性高质量团体标准服务产业创新发展问题,提出完善团体标准发展的激励政策、增加广西原创性高质量团体标准供给量、编制跨国团体标准带动广西产品、技术和服务“走出去”、支持广西社会力量设立高质量团体标准科学技术奖、加强团体标准化创新人才培养等对策建议,为新时代广西原创性高质量团体标准服务产业创新发展提供决策参考。

By sorting out and analyzing the development of association standards and the current situation of original high-quality association standards serving innovative industrial development in Guangxi,the paper finds out the problems restricting original high-quality association standards to serve the innovative industrial development in Guangxi,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as the incentive policy to perfect the development of association standards,increasing the supply of original high-quality association standards in Guangxi,developing the transnational association standards to drive the“going out”of Guangxi’s products,technologies and services,supporting for Guangxi’s social forces to set up scientific and technological awards for high-quality association standards,and strengthening the training of innovative talents for association standardization.It provides decision-making references for the original high-quality association standards to serve the innovative industrial development in Guangxi in the new era.
