基于能源管理体系运行的白酒企业管理提升思考

Thinking of Management Improvement in Liquor Enterprises Based on Energy Management System Operation

2021年9月11日,国家发展改革委出台《完善能源消费强度和总量双控制度方案》的通知,要求完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念,构建新发展格局,推动高质量发展,以能源资源配置更加合理、利用效率大幅提高为导向,以建立科学管理制度为手段,推进能源总量管理、科学配置、全面节约,推动能源清洁低碳安全高效利用。在此背景下,白酒企业导入能源管理体系也是必然选择。本文提出了汤沟酒业能源管理体系运行存在的问题,给出了对策措施及实施效果。

On September 11,2021,the National Development and Reform Commission issued the notification of Plan on Improving the System for Controlling Energy Intensity and Total Energy Consumption.It is required to fully and faithfully apply the new development philosophy on all fronts,build the new development paradigm,and promote high-quality development.Guided by the more reasonable allocation and greatly improved utilization efficiency of energy resources,the establishment of the scientific management system should be taken as a method to promote the total amount management,scientific allocation,and comprehensive conservation,pursuing clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient use of energy.Under this background,it is an inevitable choice for liquor enterprises to introduce energy management system.This paper points out the problems existing in the operation of energy management system in Tanggou Liquor Co.,Ltd.,puts forward countermeasures,and delineates implementation effects.
