食用农产品质量安全快速检测技术现状及发展对策

Current Status and Development Strategies of Rapid Testing Technology for Quality and Safety of Edible Agricultural Products

食品安全是人民群众对美好生活的最基本需要。食用农产品作为食品中的大类,其安全问题是公众关注的焦点。本文以山东省J市为研究对象,首先,借助市场监管系统食品安全抽检平台,查询J市近两年食用农产品抽检结果,快速识别食用农产品安全风险因子;其次,对J市开展食用农产品快速检测工作的单位进行调研,掌握快速检测技术应用现状,深入剖析J市食用农产品快速检测工作的不足和潜在的问题;最后,追踪国内外食用农产品质量安全快速检测新技术以及新型材料的应用,提出提升J市食用农产品快速检测水平的对策,助力行业监管。

Food safety is the most basic need of the people for a better life.The safety of edible agricultural products,a major category of food,is the focus of public concern.This paper takes J city in Shandong province as the research object.Firstly,based on the food safety sampling platform of China’s market regulation system,the inspection results of edible agricultural products in J city in the past two years are queried to quickly identify the safety risk factors of edible agricultural products.Secondly,research on the units carrying out rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city has been conducted,to grasp the current status of application of rapid testing technology,and deeply analyze the shortcomings and potential problems of rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city.Finally,the application of new technologies and materials for rapid quality and safety testing of edible agricultural products at home and abroad are tracked,to propose strategies to improve the rapid testing of edible agricultural products in J city,and support industrial supervision.
