浅析工业和商用电热食品加工设备产品质量状况

摘要 工业和商用电热食品加工设备产品是我国饮食加工和食品加工业最重要的产品,本文从行业、标准、质量监督、质量问题等多个方面简述该类的概况及存在的问题,并根据近年公告的国家监督抽查结果,针对产品质量的主要问题进行剖析,提出优化监管和质量提升建议措施。 Industrial and commercial electric heating food processing equipment is the most important product in China’s diet processing and food processing industry.This paper briefly introduces the general situation and existing problems of these products from multiple aspects such as industry,standards,quality supervision,and quality problems.Based on the results of national supervision and spot checks announced in recent years,the main problems of product quality are analyzed,and suggestions and measures to optimize supervision and improve quality are proposed.
