信阳市数字农业高质量发展路径探究

Exploring the Path of High-Quality Development of Digital Agriculture in Xinyang City

近年来,随着数字农业的不断发展,信阳市数字农业顶层设计已逐渐明晰,与数字农业相适应的新型基础设施不断完善,数字技术已全方位赋能农业生产。但同时,信阳市在新型基础设施建设、数字技术与农业产业融合、人才支撑方面还存在一定的不足,影响了数字经济赋能现代农业的成效。基于此,结合信阳数字农业区域发展实际,从推进数字农业新基建、加快数字技术与农业发展相互融合、推进农业全产业链信息化建设、加强数字农业资金扶持、打造农业人才队伍五个方面提出提升数字农业发展水平的实施策略。研究结果表明,积极探索数字农业高质量发展路径,对于信阳市初步实现生产效率高、经营者素质高、产品质量高、产业效益高、市场竞争力高、农民收入高的“六高”目标具有重要作用。未来,应进一步助力信阳市数字资源的合理配置,实现数字经济和产业现代化的协同进步,加快推动信阳市农业高质量发展,实现农业大市向现代农业强市的转变。

In recent years,with the continuous promotion of digital agriculture development,the top-level design of digital agriculture in Xinyang City has gradually become clear,and new infrastructure suitable for digital agriculture has been continuously improved.Digital technology has empowered agricultural production in multiple aspects.However,at the same time,Xinyang City still has certain shortcomings in the construction of new infrastructure,the integration of digital technology and agricultural industry,and talent support,which affects the effectiveness of empowering modern agriculture with the digital economy.Based on this,combined with the actual development of digital agriculture in Xinyang,implementation strategies for improving the level of digital agriculture development are proposed from five aspects:promoting new infrastructure for digital agriculture,accelerating the integration of digital technology and agricultural development,promoting the informatization construction of the entire agricultural industry chain,strengthening financial support for digital agriculture,and building an agricultural talent team.The research results indicate that actively exploring the high-quality development path of digital agriculture plays an important role in achieving the“six high”goals of high production efficiency,high operator quality,high product quality,high industrial benefits,high market competitiveness,and high farmer income in Xinyang City.In the future,we should further assist in the rational allocation of digital resources in Xinyang City,achieve coordinated progress between digital economy and industrial modernization,accelerate the high-quality development of agriculture in Xinyang City,and achieve the transformation from a large agricultural city to a modern agricultural strong city.
