摘要
【目的】适应新工科建设对高校工科人才培养方面提出的新要求,提升山西能源学院人才质量和科学研究水平。【方法】以“工程力学”课程为例,分析了目前在教学中存在的主要问题,并针对性地从提升学习兴趣、完善教学体系、丰富教学形式、优化考核方法四方面进行改革,提出建立以学生为中心、综合线上线下教学优势、理论与实际相结合的课堂教学新模式。【结果】2020级试验班学生平均成绩比普通班高8.8分,2021级试验班学生平均成绩比普通班高9.3分,试验班学生的理论基础和实践能力均得到显著提升。【结论】通过教学改革能有效提高课堂质量,促进学生全面发展。本研究可为培养理论基础扎实、工程实践能力强、富有创新能力的高素质复合型新工科人才提供有益的借鉴与参考。
[Objective]To adapt to the new requirements of new engineering construction for the training of engineering talents in colleges and universities,and to improve the quality of talents and the level of scientific research in Shanxi Institute of Energy.[Method]Taking the course of“Engineering Mechanics”as an example,the main problems existing in the current teaching were analyzed,and the reform was carried out from four aspects:improving learning interest,perfecting teaching system,abundant teaching mode,and optimizing the program evaluation method.A new classroom teaching model focusing on students,integrating the advantages of online and offline education,combining theory and practice was established.[Result]The average score of the students in the experimental class of 2020 was 8.8 points higher than that of the ordinary class,and the average score of the students in the experimental class of 2021 was 9.3 points higher than that of the ordinary class.The theoretical basis and practical ability of the students in the experimental class were significantly improved.[Conclusion]The teaching reform can effectively improve the quality of the classroom and promote the all-round development of students.This study can provide useful reference for cultivating high-quality compound new engineering talents with solid theoretical foundation,strong engineering practice ability and innovative ability.
