慢性牙周炎患者种植修复后种植体牙周指数及龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6水平分析

Periodontal index and the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 in the gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis after implant restoration

目的:分析慢性牙周炎患者种植修复后种植体牙周指数及龈沟液白细胞介素-1β(Interleukin-1beta,IL-1β)和白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平变化。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月我院收治的慢性牙周炎合并牙列缺损患者66例作为研究组,另选同期66例牙周健康合并牙列缺损的患者作为对照组,均接受种植修复术治疗,种植1 y,比较两组种植体留存情况;于术后6 m,检测牙龈乳头指数(Papillary index score,PIS)值、改良菌斑指数(Modified plaque index,mPLI)、改良龈沟出血指数(Sulcus bleeding index,mSBI)、牙周探诊深度(Probing depth,PD);于术后3m、6m,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-1β、IL-6水平。结果:两组种植体存留率、PIS值比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6 m,研究组mPLI、mSBI以及PD值、IL-1β、IL-6水平均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者接受种植修复治疗的近期疗效较满意,其种植体牙周指数及IL-1β和IL-6水平均高于牙周健康者。

Objective:To analyze the changes in the periodontal index and the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periodontitis after implant restoration.Methods:A total of 66 patients with chronic periodontitis and dentition defects who were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study group.Meanwhile,66 patients with healthy periodontal conditions and dentition defects were selected as the control group.All enrolled patients underwent implant restoration.A year later,implant retention in the two groups was compared.Papillary index score(PIS),modified plaque index(mPLI),modified sulcus bleeding index(mSBI),and probing depth(PD)were measured 6 months after the operation.The levels of IL-1βand IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay at 3 and 6 months after operation.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in implant retention rate or PIS between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after operation,mPLI,mSBI,PD,and the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implant restoration can achieve satisfactory short-term effects in the treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis.Periodontal index and the levels of IL-1βand IL-6 levels in such patients are higher than those in patients with healthy periodontal conditions.
