右美托咪定滴鼻联合七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿腹腔镜疝手术中的应用价值分析

Application Value of Dexmedetomidine Nasal Drops Combined with Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Hernia Surgery in Children

目的:探讨右美托咪定滴鼻联合七氟醚吸入麻醉在小儿腹腔镜疝手术中的应用价值。方法:选取单县中心医院2022年5月—2023年5月收治的118例小儿疝患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,各59例。观察组采用右美托咪定滴鼻联合七氟醚吸入麻醉,对照组采用0.9%氯化钠注射液滴鼻联合七氟醚吸入麻醉。对比两组麻醉情况、镇痛效果、行为改变、不良反应。结果:观察组麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间、麻醉复苏室停留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后2 h、12 h、24 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后行为改变发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:右美托咪定滴鼻联合七氟醚吸入麻醉应用于小儿腹腔镜疝手术治疗中,能够缩短患儿麻醉复苏时间,提高术后镇痛效果,减少行为改变,并具有良好的安全性。

Objective:To investigate the application value of dexmedetomidine nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in laparoscopic hernia surgery in children.Methods:A total of one hundred and eighteen children with hernia treated in Shanxian County Central Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with fifty-nine cases in each group.The observation group was given dexmedetomidine nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia,and the control group was given 0.9%sodium chloride nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.Anesthesia,analgesic effect,behavior change and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The anesthesia recovery time,extubation time and anesthesia resuscitation room stay time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain scores of the observation group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative behavior change in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of dexmedetomidine nasal drops combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in the treatment of laparoscopic hernia in children can shorten the anesthesia recovery time,improve postoperative analgesia,reduce behavioral changes,and have good safety.
