针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的:探讨针灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1—12月通渭县中医医院收治的CFS患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组口服归脾丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用针灸治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肢体无力、精神萎靡、畏寒肢冷、困倦嗜睡中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳、疲劳总分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白M水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,白细胞介素-2水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CFS患者采用针灸治疗的效果显著,不仅可以有效减轻患者临床症状,改善疲劳状况,且可以提高免疫力。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).Methods:A total of eighty CFS patients admitted to Tongwei County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with Guipi pill,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of limb weakness,lethargy,cold limbs and drowsiness after treatment were all lower in both groups than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the total score of physical fatigue,mental fatigue and fatigue in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin M in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the level of tumor necrosis factor-αafter treatment was lower than before treatment,and the level of interleukin-2 was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupuncture treatment in CFS patients is remarkable,which can not only effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,improve fatigue,but also improve immunity.
