规范化护理干预对改善高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量的效果研究

Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention on Improving Self-management Ability and Quality of Life of Hypertensive Patients

目的:探讨规范化护理干预对改善高血压患者自我管理能力和生活质量的效果。方法:选取贵州省人民医院2021年11月—2023年5月就诊的高血压患者106例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施规范化护理干预。比较两组患者自我管理能力和生活质量。结果:两组患者干预后自我管理能力(饮食、运动、用药、血压监测、并发症管理)评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后生活质量(生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能、心理健康)评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者实施规范化护理干预可以提高自我管理能力和生活质量,建议推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing intervention on improving self-management ability and quality of life of patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred and six hypertensive patients treated in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with fifty-three patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention.Self-management ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of self-management ability(diet,exercise,medication,blood pressure monitoring,complication management)after intervention were higher in both groups than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of quality of life(physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,general health,vital vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health)after intervention were higher in two groups than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing intervention in hypertensive patients can improve self-management ability and quality of life.
