社区重点慢性病患者心理干预对高血压的影响分析

Influence of Psychological Intervention on Hypertension in Community Patients with Key Chronic Diseases

目的:探讨社区重点慢性病患者心理干预对高血压的影响。方法:选择余姚市陆埠中心卫生院2020年6月—2022年12月收治的高血压患者112例,随机分为重慢心护组和非心护组,各56例。非心护组常规实施社区慢性病管理,重慢心护组在非心护组基础上增加社区重点慢性病患者心理干预。比较两组焦虑、抑郁情绪改善及生活质量情况,并监测血压变化。结果:两组患者干预后焦虑、抑郁评分显著低于干预前,且重慢心护组低于非心护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。重慢心护组干预8周后血压达标率为89.29%(50/56),显著高于非心护组的67.86%(38/56),差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。两组患者干预后收缩压、舒张压水平显著低于干预前,且重慢心护组低于非心护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后生活质量评分显著高于干预前,且重慢心护组高于非心护组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区重点慢性病患者心理干预可有效改善高血压患者负性情绪,提升血压控制水平及生活质量,干预效果显著,有助于改善预后。

Objective:To explore the influence of psychological intervention on hypertension in community patients with key chronic diseases.Methods:A total of one hundred and twelve patients with hypertension admitted to Yuyao Lubu Central Health Center from June 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into severe chronic cardiac care group and non-cardiac care group,with fifty-six cases each.The non-cardiac care group routinely implemented community chronic disease management,and the severe chronic cardiac care group increased psychological intervention on the basis of the non-cardiac care group.The improvement of anxiety,depression and quality of life of the two groups were compared,and the changes of blood pressure were monitored.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the scores of severe chronic cardiac care group were lower than those of non-cardiac care group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention,89.29%(50/56)blood pressure reached the standard in the severe chronic cardiac care group was significantly higher than 67.86%(38/56)in the non-cardiac care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015);the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than before intervention,and the severe chronic cardiac care group was lower than the non-cardiac care group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the quality of life score after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention,and the severe chronic cardiac care group was higher than the non-cardiac care group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention in community patients with key chronic diseases can effectively improve the negative emotions of hypertension patients,improve the level of blood pressure control and quality of life,the intervention effect is significant,and help to improve the prognosis.
