自体动静脉内瘘已经成为维持性血液透析等相关治疗过程中较为常用的一项技术,在治疗期间,患者可能会出现相关的并发症,因此需要对其实施穿刺综合维护,各项操作必须严格遵循无菌操作的相关规定,在穿刺的过程中选择正确的方法,对自体动静脉内瘘感染等问题的预防性护理,给予高度重视。文章主要对自体动静脉内瘘患者术后并发症的相关研究进展情况进行综述。

Autologous arteriovenous fistula has become a common technique in maintenance hemodialysis and other related treatment.During treatment,patients may experience related complications,so they need to perform comprehensive maintenance of puncture.All operations must strictly follow the relevant regulations of aseptic operation,select the correct method during the puncture,and attach great importance to the preventive care of autologous arteriovenous fistula infection and other problems.This article mainly reviewed the research progress of postoperative complications in patients with autogenous arteriovenous fistula.
