中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展

Analysis of theResearch Progress in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Traditional Chinese Medicine

当前高血压引起的心血管疾病的发病率整体提高,使得慢性心力衰竭患者数量逐年增加。单一使用西药治疗慢性心力衰竭,虽然具有一定的治疗效果,却无法彻底改善高病死率与高发病率。而中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭,能够充分发挥多靶点与副作用低等优势,疗效显著。文章从慢性心力衰竭病因病机与辨证分型进行分析,从急性加重期、控制后缓解期、缓解期三个角度出发,阐述中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的研究进展,希望能够为临床提供参考。

At present,the incidence of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension has increased overall,making the number of patients with chronic heart failure increase year by year.Although the single use of western medicine to treat chronic heart failure has a certain therapeutic effect,it cannot completely improve the high mortality and high incidence.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure,can give full play to the advantages of multiple targets and low side effects,improve the therapeutic effect.This paper analyzed the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of chronic heart failure,and expounded the research progress of TCM treatment of chronic heart failure from the three perspectives of acute aggravation,postcontrol remission and remission,hoping to provide clinical reference.
