学号差异化教学过程考核方法研究与实践

摘要 分析了本科生课程实施过程考核的背景和意义,指出目前过程考核存在较难公平真实地评价学生成绩的问题。为此,提出了一种学号差异化教学过程考核方法,并给出了具体可行的实施流程,旨在实现过程考核的公平公正,激发学生的学习动力。结合“钢结构基本原理”课程教学实践,以随堂测验为例,给出并分析了具体的学号差异化教学过程考核示例。结果表明,该考核方法保证了无监考环节的随堂测验具有较好的公平公正性,可显著提高学生的学习兴趣和主动性,具有一定的示范作用,可在其他课程的教学中推广使用。 The background and significance of implementing process assessment in undergraduate courses are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the current process assessment has the problem that it is more difficult to evaluate students’performance fairly and truly.Therefore,a method of differentiated teaching process assessment by student number is proposed,and a specific and feasible implementation process is given,aiming at achieving fair and just process assessment and stimulating students’learning motivation.Combining with the teaching practice of basic principles of steel structure,a specific example of differentiated teaching process assessment by academic number is given and analyzed with in-class quizzes as an example.The results show that the proposed assessment method ensures that the in-class quizzes without proctoring link have better fairness and equity,can obviously improve students’learning interest and initiative,and has a certain demonstration effect,which can be promoted and used in the teaching of other courses.
