摘要
2019年我国高等教育正式进入普及化阶段,高等教育规模迅速扩大,但在这个过程中,社会对高等教育的观念并未发生根本性的转变,仍停留在精英教育阶段的学历教育观。导致教育观念未发生转变的主要原因在于高等学校的办学定位不明确、高等教育质量的评价标准不清晰、教育资源不均衡和财政投入不足等。针对普及化阶段的高等教育发展问题,提出应对高校、教师和学生采用分类评价的方式来引导社会破除精英教育阶段的学历教育观,同时加大对高等教育的投入,提高教育的公平性和公正性。
In 2019,Chinese higher education formally entered the popularization stage,the scale of higher education has expanded rapidly,but in this process,the concept of higher education has not changed fundamentally,it still remains at the stage of elite education.The main reasons for the lack of change in educational concept lie in the unclear orientation of colleges and universities,the unclear evaluation standards of higher education quality,the imbalance of educational resources and the lack of financial investment.Aiming at the problems of the development of higher education in the popularization stage,this paper proposes that universities,teachers and students should be evaluated by category to guide the society to break away from the concept of academic qualification education in the elite education stage,and at the same time,increasing the investment in higher education and improving the fairness and justice of education should be ensured,so that China can become a real education powerhouse.
