摘要
军队文职人员作为军队的重要组成部分,自党的十八大以来,军队面向社会招录大量文职人员,而青年文职教员在军校的教学任务中扮演重要角色,其教学水平的高低将直接影响课程教学质量。目前军校青年文职教员在任职过程中主要存在个人教学能力不足、专业理论和专业技能不扎实、对部队实际不了解等问题。针对青年文职教员存在的上述问题,针对性地提出三种相应对策,即提升个人教学能力、提升专业理论和专业技能、深入基层部队交流学习。
The military has recruited a large number of civilian personnel to the society since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and the young civilian instructors who are an important part of the army play an important role in the teaching task of the military academy,and their teaching level will directly affect the teaching quality.At present,there are three main problems existing in young civilian instructors in military academies:insufficient personal teaching ability;lack of professional theory and professional skills;lack of real knowledge of the army.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward according to these three problems,which are as follows:improve individual teaching ability;enhance professional theory and professional skills;exchange and study in grassroots units.
