多元化用工机制下高校辅导员队伍建设路径探析

加强辅导员队伍建设是新时代高校思想政治工作队伍建设的重要内容,事关高校“培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人”这个根本问题。在高等教育综合改革深入推进的新形势下,多元化的用工机制已成为高校人事管理制度改革的必然趋势,为高校加强辅导员队伍建设提供了新的重要举措,但也带来了制度适用性缺失、岗位竞争力下降和专业化、职业化程度低等问题,需要从更新管理理念、优化制度设计、健全考核激励机制和拓展职业发展通道等方面入手,推进辅导员队伍建设高质量发展。

Strengthening the personnel development of student supervisors in colleges and universities is an important part of the personnel development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era concerning such underlying issues as the objectives,methods,and targets of talent cultivation.Under the new context of the advancement of the comprehensive reform of higher education,a diversified employment mechanism has become an inevitable trend in the reform of the personnel management system in colleges and universities.It not only provides new important measures for colleges and universities to strengthen the personnel development of student supervisors but also brings some problems at the same time,including a lack of system applicability,reduced post competitiveness,and insufficient specialization and professionalization.Therefore,it is necessary to propel the high-quality growth of the personnel development of student supervisors in colleges and universities by updating management philosophy,optimizing system design,improving appraisal and incentive mechanisms,and expanding career development channels.
