高职院校农牧专业实践育人存在问题及实施路径探索

Exploration on Existing Problems and Implementation Paths of Practical Education of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Major in High Vocational Colleges

以“三全育人”理念推动高职农牧专业实践育人工作,旨在为企业培养技术技能型人才。从用人单位需求、学生发展需求和学生素质提升等途径展示了实践育人的重要性,当前高职院校还存在实践育人重视程度不够、体系不健全、资源缺乏、育人人才队伍不足、考核评价不科学等问题。重点围绕实践育人顶层设计、育人锻炼平台、育人模式、育人团队和评价体系建设等方面介绍了江苏农牧科技职业学院实践育人的实施路径,为新时代高职院校农牧专业实践育人工作提供参考。

Promoting the practical education of agriculture and animal husbandry major in higher vocational colleges with the concept of“Three-wide Education”aims to cultivate technical talents for enterprises.This paper shows the importance of practical education from the needs of employers,the development needs of students and the ways of students’quality improvement.At present,there are still some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient attention to practical education,imperfect system,lack of resources,insufficient educational talent team,and unscientific assessment and evaluation.Focusing on the top-level design of practical education,education training platform,education mode,education team and evaluation system construction,this paper introduces the implementation paths of practical education of Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College,hoping to provide a reference for the practical education of agriculture and animal husbandry major in higher vocational colleges in the new era.
