党建引领农村社会组织参与文化振兴的机制研究——基于农业农村部公布的多案例分析

围绕当前农村精神文明建设,扎实推进乡村文化振兴的过程中,农村社会组织广泛分散且蓬勃发展,是解决农村社会治理难题的有效途径之一。通过多层制度逻辑的视角,结合案例分析发现,党建引领农村社会组织参与文化振兴,是政治逻辑、科层逻辑以及个体行为逻辑共同作用的结果,农村社会组织的社会性、公益性和服务性在三重逻辑下,具体表现为其组织机构的有机性、社会动员的有效性以及社会互动的有序性。这一机制对于推动乡村全面振兴、完善乡村治理体系具有重要的参考价值,对于促进农村文化的繁荣发展,具有深远的现实意义。

Revolving around the current construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas,in the process of promoting the revitalization of rural culture,rural social organizations are widely dispersed and flourishing,which is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of rural social governance.From the perspective of multi-layer institutional logic and combined with case analysis,it is found that the Party building leading rural social organizations to participate in cultural revitalization is the result of political logic,hierarchical logic and individual behavior logic.Under the triple logic,the sociality,public welfare and service of rural social organizations are embodied in the organic nature of their organizations,the effectiveness of social mobilization and the order of social interaction.This mechanism has important reference value for promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas and improving the rural governance system,and has far-reaching practical significance for promoting the prosperity and development of rural culture.
