Career Planning and Strategies for Improving Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of College Students

为解决大学生群体职业生涯规划以及创新创业能力提升方面存在的问题,文章在简要概括二者相互作用的关系,从育人教育环境、学校教育引导作用、校内外实训课程、家庭教育参与、学生个体学习这五个方面,讨论当下大学生在提升创新创业能力,科学进行职业生涯规划过程中的不足,并以此为基础从这五个方面提出针对性的解决建议,希望可以帮助大学生确立自身职业规划,引导大学生提升自我创新创业能力,从而实现“大众创业,万众创新”的发展目标。

In order to address the problems in career planning and the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship abilities among college students,the paper briefly summarizes the interaction between the two.From five aspects:educational environment,school education guidance,on-site and off-site training courses,family education participation,and individual learning,it discusses the shortcomings of current college students in improving innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and scientifically conducting career planning.Based on this,targeted solutions are proposed from these five aspects,hoping to help college students establish their own career plans,guide them to improve their self innovation and entrepreneurship abilities,and achieve the development goal of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation".
