摘要
心理育人是高职院校“十大”育人体系之一,是新时代思想政治教育质量提升的重要内容,也是新形势下心理健康教育的新趋势和新目标。应从育人目标、育人内容和育人方法等三重维度理解心理育人的价值承载。心理育人的实现过程包含准备阶段、互动阶段、内化阶段、外化阶段和反馈阶段,五个阶段相互关联,共同实现心理育人的目标。就优化路径而言,心理育人工作应确立科学理念,遵循心理育人科学规律;健全心理育人工作机制,形成三全育人工作格局;完善心理育人各类载体,打造融合式育人空间。
Psychological education is one of the"ten"education systems in higher vocational colleges.It is an important part of improving the quality of ideological and political education in the new era,and also the new trend and new goal of mental health education under the new situation.The value bearing of psychological education should be understood from the three dimensions of education goal,education content and education method.The realization process of psychological education includes the preparation stage,interaction stage,internalization stage,externalization stage and feedback stage.The five stages are associated with each other to jointly achieve the goal of psychological education.In terms of the optimization path,the work of psychological education should establish scientific ideas,follow the scientific law of psychological education,improve the working mechanism of psychological education,form the working pattern of comprehensive education,improve various carriers of psychological education,and create integrated education space.
