劳动育人视角下职业院校人才培养的质量反馈分析

Quality Feedback Analysis on the Talent Training in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Labor Education

摘要 劳动教育是新时代党对教育的新要求,职业院校作为培养高素质技术技能人才的主阵地,不论是对劳动认识论、劳动实践观还是劳动价值观的理解都日益加深,并高度重视对劳动技能的培养。从劳动育人视角出发,对安徽芜湖地区5所高职高专院校2022届毕业生就业质量年报进行研究,认为当前高职院校的培养目标定位明确、高职生的职业期待值总体适中、用人单位为漏斗式用工需求,建议职业院校可从家校协同转变职校生劳动观念、加强实习实践能力培养的效果评价与反馈、合理矫正“专升本”学生报考初衷这3个途径提升职业院校的人才培养质量。 Labor education is the new requirement of the Party for education in the new era.As the main front of training high-quality technical and skilled personnel,vocational colleges have increasingly deepened the understanding of labor epistemology,labor practice view and labor values,and attach great importance to the cultivation of labor skills.From the perspective of labor education,this paper studies the annual report of employment quality of graduates of 2022 from 5 vocational colleges in Wuhu,Anhui Province.It is concluded that current vocational colleges have clear training objectives,vocational students'career expectations are generally moderate,and employers have funnel employment demands.It is suggested that vocational colleges can improve the quality of their talent training by cooperating with home and school to change the labor concept of vocational school students,strengthening the evaluation and feedback of the effect of training practical ability,and reasonably correcting the original intention of students who"upgrade to basic education".
