“三全育人”视角下高校课程思政建设的实践探索 被引量:1

摘要 课程思政是高校开展思政工作的重要凭借,也是高校落实立德树人根本任务的客观需求。全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人作为建立育人长效机制的重要理念,从持续性、全面性、协同性等角度对高校课程思政建设提出明确要求。针对高校课程思政建设当前存在的主体认知偏差、课程深度不足、制度建设滞后等问题,可通过内化育人理念、挖掘课程价值、推进师资培育、加强顶层设计等途径,深化课程思政教育教学改革,从而为高校推进思政育人工作凝聚共识、积聚力量。 Curriculum ideological and political education is a crucial means for universities to conduct ideological work and is an objective requirement for implementing the fundamental task of fostering morality and cultivating talent in higher education.The important concept of"educating everyone,throughout the entire process,and in all respects"as the establishment of a long-term educational mechanism explicitly demands the construction of ideological and political education in university curricula from the perspectives of continuity,comprehensiveness,and synergy.To address the existing issues like cognitive deviations,insufficient depth of courses and lagging institutional development,approaches including internalizing the educational philosophy,discovering the value of courses,advancing faculty training,and strengthening top-level design can be employed.These avenues aim to deepen the reform of ideological and political education in the curriculum,thereby fostering consensus and pooling resources for advancing ideological and political education inuniversities.
