新时代文明实践乡村志愿服务的现状与优化路径

新时代文明实践中心是深入宣传习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的一个重要载体,是提升乡村精神文明建设的一个重要抓手。新时代文明实践中心的主体力量是志愿者,主要活动方式是志愿服务。志愿服务的好坏,在一定程度上直接影响着新时代文明实践的成败。研究从新时代文明实践志愿服务的参与、需求、宣传等三个维度,对乡村新时代文明实践志愿服务进行分析。发现当前村民在参与志愿服务方面认知不高、动机多样、时间不一,在志愿服务需求上,认为最为需求的是心理关爱服务、难解困服务、医疗健康服务、科学普及服务这四类项目,而在志愿服务活动的宣传上仍有待提高。为此,可从弘扬志愿精神、培育专业能力、完善激励制度、打造专业队伍等方面,提升新时代文明实践志愿服务的有效性和针对性。
