飞机座舱加载装置试验研究

摘要 座舱操纵系统是驾驶员传递操纵飞机飞行指令的重要系统,用于在飞行中调整飞机姿态。某型飞机铁鸟试验台座舱操纵系统有操作试验的需求,为验证座舱操纵系统在承载下的性能,判断操纵系统在加载条件下是否无过度变形、过度摩擦、卡阻,对某型飞机操作试验的试验装置进行设计,并介绍试验的整体方案,将该试验装置成功运用到某型飞机操作试验中,试验数据分析表明,该装置能满足试验需求。 Cockpit control system is an important system for pilots to transmit flight instructions to control the aircraft,which is used to adjust the attitude of the aircraft in flight.The cockpit control system of a certain type of aircraft iron bird test platform has the requirement of operation test.In order to verify the performance of the cockpit control system under load,and to judge whether the control system has no excessive deformation,excessive friction and blocking under loading conditions,the test device for the operation test of a certain type of aircraft is designed.The overall scheme of the test is introduced,and the test device is successfully applied to the operation test of a certain type of aircraft.The analysis of the test data shows that the device can meet the test requirements.
