发电机组定子绕组绝缘复合材料界面特性分析研究

摘要 发电机组的定子绕组主绝缘材料在长期运行过程中受到多场的热、电、磁、力以及复杂环境因素的影响,极易出现局部的老化,从而降低绝缘性能,严重地危害设备的安全和系统的稳定可靠性。该文以某大型水电站发电机组中的定子绕组线圈及其绝缘层为研究对象,针对复合材料及界面特点,采用专门的材料分析技术手段,系统地研究电机服役一段时间后的绝缘层材料靠近铜导线处的结构、形貌、成分和微缺陷等变化。结果表明,在使用1年后,绝缘层包覆材料靠近铜导线侧局部出现微裂纹,相应的材料特性也发生变化,并显示出与位置分布的差异性。研究结果为持续跟踪电机服役可靠性中的材料性能演变提供实证支撑。 During the long-term operation,the main insulation material of generator stator winding is affected by many fields of heat,electricity,magnetism,force and complex environmental factors,so it is easy to appear local aging,thus reducing the insulation performance.it seriously endangers the safety of the equipment and the stability and reliability of the system.This paper takes the stator winding coil and its insulation layer in a large hydropower station as the research object,and adopts special material analysis technology according to the characteristics of composite material and interface.The changes of the structure,morphology,composition and micro-defects of the insulation material near the copper wire after the motor has been in service for a period of time are studied systematically.The results show that after one year of use,the local micro-cracks appear in the insulating layer coating material near the side of the copper wire,and the corresponding material properties change,and show the difference with the position distribution.The research results provide empirical support for continuously tracking the evolution of material properties in motor service reliability.
