钢铁厂管道输送自动化与控制技术研究

摘要 炼钢厂大量的地下煤气管道由于老旧,使用时送收段之间已经陆续开始出现压力差。及时地修建输送管道,运用现代化的技术,使一系列相关的流体在高储与生产2个区段得到有效衔接是企业下一步的计划。该文围绕着钢铁厂管道输送自动化与自动化控制技术进行剖析,分析钢铁厂管道输送自动化的重要性和管道输送自动化控制技术的类别,并提出要积极学习和引进先进国家的发展经验,注重对钢铁厂管道输送自动化控制人才的培训,加大对自动化控制软件的开发力度,利用现代技术来提升自动化控制的程度,健全钢铁厂管道输送自动化的管理体系,希望能给相关企业和高校带来一些启示。 Because a large number of underground gas pipelines in steelmaking plants are old,the pressure difference between sending and receiving sections has begun to appear one after another.The next step of the enterprise is to build the transportation pipeline in time and use modern technology to effectively connect a series of related fluids in the two sections of high storage and production.Based on the analysis of pipeline transportation automation and automatic control technology in iron and steel plants,this paper analyzes the importance of pipeline transportation automation in iron and steel plants and the categories of pipeline transportation automation control technology.It is also proposed that we should actively learn and introduce the development experience of advanced countries,pay attention to the training of talents for automatic control of pipeline transportation in iron and steel plants,and strengthen the development of automatic control software.Modern technologies should be used to enhance the degree of automation control,and improve the steel plant pipeline transportation automation management system,so as to bring some inspiration to relevant enterprises and colleges and universities.
