新文科背景下高素质国际传播外语人才培养模式构建

Building of the Cultivation Model of High-Quality Foreign Language Talents of International Communication in the Context of New Liberal Arts

为了响应新文科建设,培养讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音的国际传播外语人才已成为高校外语教育的新挑战、新使命。高素质国际传播外语人才不仅要有扎实的外语功底,还应具备坚定的政治立场、出色的跨文化交际能力、深厚的人文素养以及融合的传播素养。为此,本文在审视传统外语教育问题的基础上,从更新教学理念、改进教学方法、优化课程体系、创新课程思政、开展传播实践、完善评价体系六个方面构建高素质国际传播外语人才培养模式。

Response to the construction of new liberal arts and cultivation of foreign language talents of international communication who can tell the stories of China and spread the voice of China have become an important new challenge and mission in the new period of foreign language education in colleges and universities.High-quality foreign language talents of international communication should not only have good foreign language skills,but also know national conditions and the world and have a firm political stand,excellent intercultural communication competence,good humanistic quality,and integrated communication quality.Therefore,on the basis of an examination of the problems of traditional foreign language education,this paper builds a cultivation model of high-quality foreign language talents of international communication by renewing teaching concepts,improving teaching methods,optimizing the course system,innovating ideological and political education in the courses,making communication practices,and improving the evaluation system.
