志愿服务助推社区体育治理的价值意蕴、现实困境与优化路径研究

志愿服务助力社区体育治理是社区体育公共服务与志愿互助服务相结合的体育治理优化新策略,用以实现体育便民利民服务化。将志愿服务引入我国城市社区体育治理的特定领域,对消解传统城市社区体育治理机制的简易化、单一化特征具有重要作用。阐述了志愿服务指引城市社区体育治理的适用性,认为我国城市社区志愿服务推力体育治理的现实困境包括人才培养不科学、激励措施不完善、行政推动和保障力度不够、体育志愿组织缺乏规范化、服务内容单一。并提出多元主体协同治理路径:培育社区体育治理中健康管理意识,整合资源为社区体育服务提供支持,完善保障和激励机制促进社区体育服务。

Voluntary service to help community sports governance is a new sports governance optimization strategy that combines community sports public service and voluntary mutual assistance service to realize sports service for the benefit of the people.The introduction of voluntary service into the specific field of urban community sports governance in China plays an important role in dispelling the simplified and unitary characteristics of the traditional urban community sports governance mechanism.This paper expounds the applicability of volunteer service to guide urban community sports governance,and points out that the practical difficulties of Chinese urban community volunteer service to push sports governance include unscientific talent training,imperfect incentive measures,insufficient administrative promotion and security,lack of standardization of sports voluntary organizations,and single service content.And it puts forward the multi-subject collaborative governance path:cultivate the awareness of health management in community sports governance,integrate resources to provide support for community sports services,improve the guarantee and incentive mechanism to promote community sports services.
