Analysis of the index system and structural of WCBA coaches' on-court coaching ability

在WCBA联赛中,随着双方球队竞技能力水平差距的不断缩小,教练员的临场执教能力在比赛中发挥着越来越重要的作用。WCBA教练员作为临场比赛的指挥者,其临场执教能力的高低直接关系着球队的临场发挥,进而影响比赛的结果与观赏性。本文遵循评价指标体系的研究范式,构建WCBA教练员临场执教能力指标体系,该体系主要由4个一级指标,11个二级指标以及38个三级指标构成。在该结构中,教练员临场管理能力和临场执行能力是外在表象的个体特征;教练员临场认知能力和临场自我调节能力是内在潜藏特征,各能力相互关联,共同对教练员临场执教能力产生作用。

In the WCBA league,with the gap between the two teams'competitive ability narrowing,the coach's on-court coaching ability plays a more and more important role in the game.As the director of on-court games,the WCBA coaches'ability is directly related to the team's performance,and then affects the result and enjoyment of the game.Following the research paradigm of evaluation index system,this paper constructs the WCBA coaches'on-court coaching ability index system,which consists of 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 38 third-level indicators.In this structure,the coach's on-court management ability and on-court execution ability are the individual characteristics of external appearances;the coaches'on-court cognitive ability and self-adjustment ability are inherent characteristics,and each ability is related to each other and has an effect on the coaches'on-court coaching ability.
