运用文献资料法,对新时代背景下高校体育教师队伍建设的核心意蕴和现实困囿进行研究,并提出改革策略,旨在优化高校体育教师队伍质量,促进高校体育教育事业发展。研究认为:师德师风教育不足、评价考核与激励制度欠缺、教师流动现象不合理以及教学观念守旧是高校体育教师队伍建设的现实困囿;据此提出改革策略:推进师德师风精准培养,提高教师素养;建立师德师风考核与评价体系,完善激励制度;促进教师良性流动,优化学习环境;加强体育教师信息素养培养,改善传统教学观念。

By using the methods of literature,this paper studies the core implications and practical dilemma of the construction of college physical education teachers in the new era,and puts forward reform strategies to optimize the quality of college physical education teachers and promote the development of college physical education.According to the research,the lack of education of teachers'ethics,the lack of evaluation and incentive system,the phenomenon of teacher mobility,the problem of teachers'ethics,and the old-fashioned teaching concept are the realistic difficulties in the construction of physical education teachers in colleges and universities.We ought to promote the precise cultivation of teacher ethics,improve teaching quality;establish examination and evaluation system,perfect incentive system;promote the benign flow of teachers and optimize the learning environment;strengthen the cultivation of information literacy and improve the traditional teaching concept.
