党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚持观大势、谋全局,紧紧围绕新时代中国特色社会主义经济建设的重大课题,提出了一系列重大战略思想和重要理论观点,拓展和深化了对社会主义经济建设规律的认识,形成了习近平经济思想。2023年12月召开的中央经济工作会议全面贯彻习近平经济思想,立足当前又展望未来,着眼国内又放眼世界,明确提出“五个必须”的实践要求,这既是对经济工作实践经验的科学总结,又是对经济建设发展趋势的长远谋划;既体现了战略导向的连续性,又反映了政策调整的适应性,为以新质生产力推动高质量发展,不断开创党和国家事业发展新局面,指明了前进方向,提供了科学遵循。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has persisted in considering the overall situation and making overall plans,and has brought forward a series of strategic thoughts and important theoretical viewpoints focusing on the major issues regarding the economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.These have expanded and deepened the understanding of the laws that underlie the socialist economic development,constituting Xi Jinping Economic Thought.The Central Economic Work Conference held in December 2023 comprehensively carried out Xi Jinping Economic Thought.Basing upon the present and looking forward to the future,eyeing on the domestic and keeping a global vision,the Conference explicitly brought forward the practical requirements of“five requisites”.These requirements are not only scientific summarization of practical experiences in economic work,but also long-term planning of the trend of economic development.They not only reflect the continuity of strategic direction,but also exhibit the adaptability of policy adjustment.They show the way ahead and provide scientific guide for promoting the high-quality development of new-quality productivity and opening new ground for developing the Party and the state’s causes.
