摘要
利用稀盐酸浸出后的软锰矿,采用固相法合成LiMn_(2)O_(4)正极材料,并且系统研究了二段烧结温度、合成温度及保温时间等因素对LiMn_(2)O_(4)电性能的影响。采用SEM和XRD对合成材料进行分析以及电性能测试。实验结果表明:合成物质与文献报道中的尖晶石结构一致,为LiMn_(2)O_(4)单晶结构。最佳合成条件为控制合成温度在850℃左右,通过二段烧结和保温1440 min,电池性能可达最佳,首次放电比容量可达到103.4 mAh/g。
LiMn2O4 cathode material was synthesized by solid-phase method using pyrolusite leached with dilute hydrochloric acid,and the effects of secondary sintering temperature,synthesis temperature and holdin g time on the electrical properties of LiMn_(2)O_(4) were systematically studied.The as-synthesized materials were analyzed by SEM and XRD and their electrical properties were tested.The experimental results showed that the synthesized material is consistent with the spinel structure of LiMn_(2)O_(4) single crystal structure reported in the literature.The best synthesis conditions were to control the synthesis temperature at about 850℃,through secondary sintering and heat preservation 1440 min,the battery performance could reach the best,and the specific capacity of the first disch arge reached 103.4 mAh/g.
